Wenn es einem richtig Sch....geht wegen des Liebeskummers (der Ex/dem Ex) sollte man gar keine Musik hören oder eher guten Rock. Traurige und sentimentale Songs sind da fehl am Platze. Es geht einem noch schlechter. Finde ich.
Aber jeder muss es für sich entscheiden.
Ein Song geht immer: Junimond von Rio Reiser.
Da belügt er sich selbst, so wie viele von uns uns hier oft auch. Dass es einem schon so viel besser geht.

Aber bald geht es einem wieder besser. Vielleicht morgen schon?

Wenn der/die Ex soll toll gewesen ist, warum geht es uns jetzt so mies?
Wäre er/sie wirklich toll, wären wir gerade glücklich. Und nicht traurig....

Ein wenig in Anlehnung an Merle, die mir aus der Seele spricht, wenn sie schreibt, dass die ganzen triefenden Schnulzenteile, die sich der ein oder andere auf die Wunde legt, das genaue Gegenteil von Linderung bringen, hier nochmal nachgeschoben der Text zu 'I'll be your shelter' von den guten, alten Housemartins, die uns damit zeigen, dass auch in den 80ern Freundschaft ein zentrales Thema sein konnte. Glücklich

Leider hat die BMG etwas dagegen, dass uns das Lied in der Röhre vorgehalten wird. böse
Ich könnte bei Bedarf eine Sicherheitskopie meiner Bestände extern lagern...

Das Lied kenne ich nun schon bald 25 Jahre, und ich bin immer wieder über den Trost erfreut, den mir der Text liefert, der mich daran erinnert, wie entscheidend für mein Leben meine Freunde waren und sind.
Wenn ich dann noch daran denke, dass ich die besten schon kannte, bevor ich das Lied zum ersten Mal gehört habe, wird mir ganz warm ums Herz.

ich steuere mit musik gezielt meine emotionen, deshalb ist sie so wichtig für mich. guter rock ist für mich übrigens auch musik Smile . zum nachdenken, oder auch zum ausleben meines selbstmitleides höre ich gerne melancholische sachen. wenn ich aggressiv werden will und mal so richtig adrenalin loswerden will, pfeiffe ich mir halt ein paar black- oder deathmetal scheiben in infernalischer lautstärker durch die ohren...hilft auch..
